Dr. Babak Nouhi

Dr. Babak Nouhi is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Family Medicine program in Victoria, BC. Originally from the U.S., where he completed his medical school training, Dr Nouhi decided to stay here in British Columbia where he has now made the North Shore his new home.

His primary motivation towards family medicine is rooted in optimizing longevity and quality of life in his patients. He understands that the best way to achieve this objective is to have individual patient goals and circumstances at the centre of his management plan.

Dr Nouhi has a particular interest in office-based procedures, which were a focus of his residency training, and for which he takes referrals from across the North Shore. Some of these procedures include: cyst removals, mole removals, trigger point injections, trigger finger injections, and various intra-articular injections (knees and shoulders primarily).
